We are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and transparently as possible. Below you’ll find information about shipping times, customs, potential delays for both physical and digital products, and refunds.


Tangible Goods (Physical Products)

 

Domestic Orders (USA)

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. After processing, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, production demand, weather events, holidays, or regional delays beyond our control.

 

International Orders (Outside the USA)

International orders are also processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard international delivery may take 15–20 business days, depending on your location, carrier transit times, and customs processing.

Please be aware that international orders do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not collected, estimated, or controlled by Rebel Empress.

Because customs policies vary by country and may change without notice, we cannot guarantee whether fees will be applied or what those fees may be.

If customs fees are assessed and you choose not to pay them, the shipment will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued for the order.


Digital Products (Worldwide)

Digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery details (such as file format, access instructions, or download links) are provided in each product’s description.

If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder or contact us at service@rebelempress.com for assistance.


Potential Shipping Delays

We strive to ship all products promptly; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to local, national, or global events affecting production or shipping providers.

For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, we recommend monitoring carrier tracking details once your order has shipped.


Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • The physical product is in its original, unused condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided (such as an order number or receipt)
  • Where applicable, photographic evidence of damage or defect is provided


How to Request a Refund

Please email service@rebelempress.com with the subject line:
“Refund Request”

Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Any relevant documentation or photos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with further instructions.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


Refund Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Digital access products, including courses or gated content
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days
  • International customs duties, import taxes, or shipping fees
  • Items reported as missing after carrier tracking confirms successful delivery to the provided address

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to this page and are effective immediately.

Refund requests submitted before the effective date of a policy change will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
